Everyday when I’m going to work, along the way there is an eyeglass shop. This shop doesn’t have much of customer, I think they only have one to three customer per day. One of the employee happens to be a friend of my younger brother. Sometimes when I’m on my way home, we have a small talk. He said that most of the time people go to their shop and looking for something that they don’t have, sometimes they even asking for more. More likely, people go to the other shop which is in the next town. I saw their glasses, they seem to be a standard type. Although I don’t have any experience of making glasses or using it, you can barely see that their products are very plain and doesn’t have much style or something. I think what they need is a Wide Selection of Eyeglasses. People are looking for something, not only they can use but also for fashion. Or maybe they want to follow some trend or something. On some adds, they also promote the use of eyeglasses with ultraviolet protection. Durability is also a factor for anything. And the product needs to protect itself from breaking, like for example a hard casing. We want to buy something that’s worth it.

Alert and Respond October 18th, 2009
During our break time, me and my office mate get together to eat. One of them became my friend, I think almost a year now. He always talks about his family, specially about his grandmother. He talks to me because he needs someone, someone who can give suggestion to his problems. His grandmother was sick for almost 3 years now and is bed ridden. Although a nurse is taking care of his grandmother, he wants more security because what if his grandma have fallen or something. He cannot afford to hire a second nurse. The thing is all of them are employed, there is no one in his family that have the time to take care for his grandma. He said that he has no option but to give up his job.
There are plenty of option aside from quiting the job, I then told him to buy something that can alert the nurse or someone whenever his grandma needs medical attention, some kind of a Medical Alert device. This device can alert someone whenever the wearer of this device is in need of attention without pushing a button. For some cases, other patient can use a GPS tracking device so that we can look after them even from a far. And somehow talk to them because this tracking device have the capability of sending and receiving voices. These devices are just few of those Medical Alert system that can be use and help someone from case to case basis. After telling him about these, he immediately purchased one and now his grandmother is using it.
